Is this for you?

This is for you if…

Available as 1-on-1 coaching for business owners, or group sessions for leadership teams and cohorts.

You've heard of AI but don't know where to start in your specific business.
You run a business without a tech team or data scientists on staff.
You've tried AI tools but got no real, measurable results from them.
You want AI that saves money — not an expensive experiment that adds cost.
You need someone who understands Indian business operations and context.
What You Get

Four outcomes. One engagement.

Clarity

AI made real and specific for your business — not generic theory. You'll know exactly where to start and why.

Efficiency

Your team stops doing repetitive manual work. The hours saved get redirected to tasks that actually grow the business.

Cost Savings

We only pursue what makes financial sense. Every opportunity is tested against a simple ROI benchmark before it goes on the roadmap.

Scalability

A clear roadmap means you grow without guesswork. You know exactly what to automate, why it makes sense, and how to measure whether it worked.

The Process

Three steps. Zero guesswork.

The same framework I used to automate 95% of my own agency — applied to your business.

Step 1

Understand Your Business

We start with your operations, not with AI tools. I spend time understanding how your business actually works — the revenue model, the team structure, the daily workflows, and where the real friction is. Most businesses have 3–5 high-ROI automation opportunities sitting inside processes they already run every day. We find them together.

Step 2

Identify & Analyse the Right Opportunities

We break your operations into activities, then into individual processes, then into the repeatable tasks within each process. Each task gets evaluated against three questions: Is it repeatable? Can AI do it reliably? Does automating it save more than it costs? If all three answers are yes, it goes on the build list. If not, we skip it — full stop. No vanity AI.

Step 3

Define — Success Metrics & Your Clarity Roadmap

For every viable opportunity, we define what success looks like as a concrete, measurable metric — not a vague outcome. You leave with a prioritised use-case roadmap: what to automate first, what each opportunity would save, and how to know it's working. What you do with that roadmap — whether you implement in-house, hire a developer, or bring in a specialist — is entirely your call. If you need implementation support, I can refer you to trusted partners.

How It Works

No fixed packages. No price list.
Every business is different.

I don't offer fixed packages because no two businesses are the same. Every engagement starts with a conversation, not a quote.

1

You reach out

Fill in the contact form or message me on WhatsApp. Tell me a bit about your business and what you're hoping to solve.

2

Free 30-min discovery call

We have an open conversation about your business. No slides, no pitch. I ask questions, you talk freely. I'm already thinking about where AI can help.

3

I understand your business

After the call, I map out your operations and identify the 2–3 highest-ROI opportunities specific to your business model and team size.

4

You receive your clarity roadmap

You get a clear, prioritised roadmap: your highest-value AI use cases, what each one would cost to automate, and what measurable success looks like for each. If there's a strong fit, we go deeper. If there isn't, I'll tell you that too.

Proof of Method

I didn't just learn this. I built it.

Publicity Port — my own digital marketing agency — is the living proof of this methodology. I applied the same 3-step process to every part of my own business before I taught it to anyone else. Here's one example from many:

The Problem

Manual monthly reporting — costing ₹60,000 every month

The Result

One custom AI tool. Monthly cost dropped to nearly ₹0.

What Clients Say

Results speak louder.

Their team was responsive, organised and most important of all — they were profitable. It was a good experience learning what it takes to build a successful operation.

Common Questions

Straight answers to honest questions.

Most high-ROI AI opportunities cost far less to act on than people expect. My own reporting automation — which saves ₹60,000 per month — was a one-time build. The question isn't whether you can afford AI; it's whether the automation saves more than it costs. If it doesn't pass that test, it doesn't go on the roadmap. That's the whole point of the Identify & Analyse step.

Only when the wrong opportunities are chosen — which is exactly what the identification process prevents. Good use case identification surfaces opportunities that add capacity without touching what's already working. We never put an unstable or undocumented process on the roadmap. Your team doesn't need to change how they work; clarity comes first, disruption risk is assessed before anything is built.

Every business that has repeatable processes has AI opportunities — manufacturing, retail, services, agencies, clinics, logistics. The analysis phase exists precisely to find which ones are worth pursuing in your specific context. If nothing passes the ROI test, I'll tell you honestly. I'd rather say "not yet" than build something that doesn't deliver.

Data safety is part of every recommendation I make. We use tools with appropriate data handling policies, keep sensitive data out of public AI models where needed, and design systems that respect your customers' privacy. This is always discussed during the planning phase — never an afterthought.

The discovery and analysis phase is fast. You'll have a clear, prioritised use-case roadmap within 2–3 weeks of our first conversation. How long it takes to see results after that depends on how and when you choose to act on it — whether you implement in-house, bring in a developer, or work with a specialist partner.
